The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
Dates
The contest begins on October 26, 2020 and ends on November 2, 2020 at 6:00pm EST.
Who May Enter
Open to all legal United States residents age 18 and older. Employees of Magic Box or any of its affiliates, and members of their immediate family are not eligible.
Limit one entry per person per Instagram account.
How To Enter
Eligible entrants must have an Instagram account to enter. If a prospective entrant does not have an Instagram account, the entrant can create one at www.instagram.com. Entrants must agree to comply with Instagram terms of service and privacy policy to create an account.
Only the entrant who does the tagging will be entered to win. Tagged friends will not be entered to win.
No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Magic Box, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the giveaway. Automated entries, including entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service are not permitted and will be disqualified. Only eligible entries received before the end of the giveaway period will be included in the prize.
How to Win/Claim the Prize
On November 4, 2020 , the Magic Box team will randomly select 6 potential winners from among all eligible entries.
Once eligibility has been verified, winners will be notified by a direct Instagram message by @Magic Box, and once notified, the winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time the direct message was sent to send a reply direct message to @MagicBox. Failure to respond within twenty-four (24) hours may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
If a potential winner is found to be ineligible; is not in compliance with these rules; declines to accept the prize or does not comply with instructions, the prize may be forfeited in Magic Box’s sole discretion. If a prize is forfeited, then the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, as determined by Magic Box’s in its sole discretion. Magic Box shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. Prize will be awarded once the potential winner responds timely to our direct Instagram message. By accepting a prize, each Entrant consents to Magic Box’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By participating in this contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Magic Box, the prize providers and Instagram and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the contest or any prize related activities.
Arbitration and Choice of Law: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this contest, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prizes awarded, EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR AND ARE FILED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ALL DISPUTES ARISING EXCLUSIVELY OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF IN A COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY, AND YOU AGREE THAT MAGIC BOX AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THE ARBITRATION WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY JAMS PURSUANT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES, AS AMENDED BY THESE TERMS. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this giveaway), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Magic Box in connection with this contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and regardless of your location.
